I process personal data only to the extent necessary to operate this website, respond to enquiries and, where requested, take steps towards arranging an introductory call or therapeutic sercives.

Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable person.

3. Website hosting and Wix

This website is created and hosted using Wix.com.

When you visit the website, technical data may be processed automatically. This may include your IP address, browser and device information, operating system, referring page, date and time of access and information necessary for the secure and reliable operation of the website.

Wix.com Ltd. processes website visitor data on my behalf as a service provider. Wix may process data in Israel and other countries and states that appropriate safeguards and transfer mechanisms are used where required. 

The processing of technical data that is necessary for operating and securing the website is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, namely my legitimate interest in providing a secure and functional website.

4. Contact form

If you contact me through the contact form, I process the information you provide, including your name, email address and message, for the purpose of responding to your enquiry and, where applicable, arranging a free introductory call or taking steps towards a therapeutic relationship.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry concerns steps prior to entering into a contractual relationship. In other cases, processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, namely my legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.

A few words are sufficient for an initial enquiry. Please avoid including detailed sensitive or medical information in the contact form.

If health information is nevertheless provided in connection with an enquiry about treatment, such information will only be processed to the extent necessary and legally permitted. Health information is subject to the additional protections of Article 9 GDPR.

5. Contact by email

If you contact me by email, I process your email address and the information contained in your message in order to respond to your enquiry.

My current email service is provided by GMX, a service of 1&1 Mail & Media GmbH. Accordingly, personal data contained in email communications may also be processed by this provider in connection with the provision of the email service. 

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where the communication relates to pre-contractual steps and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

Wix uses cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for the security, stability and basic functioning of the website.

Where non-essential cookies or technologies are used, they will only be activated where legally required after you have given your consent. Wix provides a consent mechanism allowing visitors to accept or decline non-essential cookies. 

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time through the cookie settings available on the website.

This website may contain a link to my Instagram profile.

No personal data is intentionally transmitted to Instagram merely because the link is displayed. If you click the link, you leave this website and the privacy practices of Instagram and its provider apply.

Enquiries that do not lead to an ongoing professional relationship will be deleted when they are no longer required, unless statutory retention obligations or other legitimate reasons require longer storage.

Where a therapeutic relationship is established, separate legal and professional retention obligations may apply.

Personal data may be disclosed to service providers only where this is necessary for the operation of the website or communication with you.

At present, relevant service providers include in particular:

  • Wix.com for website hosting and the contact form

  • GMX / 1&1 Mail & Media GmbH for email communication

Personal data will not be sold.

Subject to the requirements of the GDPR, you have the right to:

  • request access to your personal data,

  • request correction of inaccurate data,

  • request erasure of your data,

  • request restriction of processing,

  • receive data in a portable format where applicable,

  • object to certain processing,

  • withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.

Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal. These rights arise in particular from Articles 15–21 GDPR.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
